Passionate about food and with over nine years of international experience in food biotechnology, industrial enzymes, and sustainable food innovation, Ravi strongly believes that biotechnology has the power to create and empower a sustainable food system for all. From precision and biomass fermentation to side-stream valorisation, he works at the intersection of lab research and its applications in the real world. Leveraging technical expertise, facilitating collaboration, and through knowledge building, Ravi leads GFI India’s efforts to bring fermentation-derived proteins to everyone’s plates.
